CashGPT — Notice of Financial Incentive

This Notice of Financial Incentive is provided by Mode Mobile, LLC pursuant to the CCPA/CPRA and describes the financial incentive program we offer in connection with the collection, retention, and use of your Personal Information through CashGPT.

1. Description of the Financial Incentive Program

CashGPT is a rewarded AI chat application through which users earn CashGPT Points by engaging in AI chat sessions and using the Services. Users may redeem accumulated Points for cash payouts via supported methods, currently including PayPal, subject to identity verification and the Terms of Service.

2. Personal Information Collected in Connection With This Program

In connection with the CashGPT program, we collect:

• Identifiers (name, email address, hashed email identifier, IP address, device ID, mobile advertising ID);

• Commercial information (Points balance, earning history, redemption history, payout records);

• Internet and network activity (app interactions, AI chat usage metadata, advertising engagement, attribution data);

• Biometric data (facial liveness scan / face map, with express consent, collected solely for identity verification at redemption);

• Approximate geolocation data (derived from IP address); and

• Inferences drawn from the above. Future: AI chat content and topic-based interest profiles (see Privacy Policy Section 4).

3. Why We Offer This Incentive

We offer CashGPT Points because your engagement with the Services generates data that is valuable to us and our partners for purposes including advertising, AI improvement, and analytics. The Points we provide are reasonably related to the value we derive from your Personal Information and participation. The incentive is not designed to be coercive, and participation in CashGPT is entirely voluntary.

4. Estimated Value of Personal Information

We determine the value of Personal Information collected through CashGPT based on our reasonable, good-faith assessment of: (i) the anticipated revenue generated from Personal Information, including revenue derived from advertising, data analytics, and AI model improvement; (ii) the anticipated costs incurred in collection, storage, processing, and use; (iii) the aggregate amount of CashGPT Points paid out to users; and (iv) other relevant factors relating to the estimated value of such information to our business, including user engagement and the commercial utility of the data categories we collect. We do not assign a fixed per-user dollar value to Personal Information because that value varies materially based on individual activity levels, data categories provided, market conditions, and other variable factors. We have determined in good faith that the Points offered through CashGPT are reasonably related to the value we derive from the Personal Information collected.

5. How to Opt In

Participation in CashGPT is entirely voluntary and constitutes your opt-in to this financial incentive program. By downloading the app, creating an Account, and using the Services, you opt into the CashGPT financial incentive program as described in this Notice. Participation in specific data-collection features — such as biometric capture for identity verification — requires a separate additional opt-in consent at the time that feature is used.

6. How to Withdraw (Opt Out)

You may withdraw from the CashGPT financial incentive program at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing cs@modemobile.com. Upon account deletion, any unredeemed CashGPT Points will be forfeited without compensation, and your Personal Information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

7. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. However, because CashGPT Points are funded in part by the value of user data through advertising, opting out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information may limit your ability to earn Points through certain advertising-based activities. Any such limitation will be disclosed to you at the time you exercise your opt-out right.
